Vendors Wanted for Chinese New Year: February 20, 2010

Dear Friends and Benefactors,

The Taiwanese Business Association of Florida, the Miami Chinese Language School, the Chinese Culture Association of South Florida at Boca Raton and the Coral Springs Chinese Cultural Association will host the year of tiger celebration, co-sponsored by the City of Coral Springs, 2010 Coral Glades High School.

This is an Indoor/Outdoor festival style event. There will be lots of Chinese cultural performances, food and fun activities.  We expect to draw 1000+ attendees from the tri-county area.

The purpose of this event is to raise fund for the 3 Chinese Language Schools across the tri-county, namely Boca Raton Chinese Language School, Coral Springs Chinese Language School and Miami Chinese Language School.

While celebrating our new year and introducing the Chinese Culture to the general public.  We are actively seeking financial support from you in order to make this cultural event a big success.  Donations to this function are tax deductible.

 Below is a schedule of sponsorship levels for your consideration:

>> Platinum Sponsor ($1,000 or more)

Receive 8 tickets.

Your company logo shown on our posters and flyers.

One full page B&W Ad in the program booklet.

Exhibit space at the event.

>> Gold Sponsor ($500 or more)

Receive 6 tickets.

One full page B&W Ad in the program booklet.

Exhibit space at event.

>> Silver Sponsor ($300 or more)

Receive 4 tickets.

One full page B&W Ad in the program booklet.

>> Vendor booth(for profit): for those selling food or merchandise.  $100

>> Vendor booth(for non-profit): for those giving information only.  $50

>> Program book advertising:  $100 full page.   $50 half page.

Hope all is well with everyone! Please come and celebrate Mother’s Day, meet old and new friends at our Annual Family Luncheon:

Date: 5/19/07 Saturday, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Location: Top China Buffet (SW corner of Powerline and Hillsboro, next to Office Max at Deerfield Mall)
